案发现场是停尸间的解剖台上，第一个解剖工作者把一具男尸以纯熟的手法解剖，镜头记录的就是这样一个真实而毫无掩饰的过程。从开头颅取大脑到剖肋骨挖内脏，看到暗红的血液四处流淌、心肝脾肺肾肠逐一掏出，最后还把所有掏出来的东西重新塞进去，再缝上线，我的血管都膨胀了，满身发热。 往往血腥和残忍不是最令人窒息的，而是第二个解剖工作者在处理一具女尸的时候，在解剖的过程中奸尸的场景。面对这浸泡着血液、内脏溢出的尸体，空虚寂寞的工作者脱了裤子，爬上了女尸，压抑地发泄着。 他回到了家，把从女尸上带回来的内脏搅成肉酱，喂狗吃，心想真是变态。在我本以为导演可能是酷爱着这种血腥、变态的死亡概念的时候，镜头特写了铺在地上用来垫着喂狗的报纸上刊登着这名女尸的死亡信息，日期是欢庆的平安夜。

He quickly moves to the corpse of a young woman who died in a car crash, tearing her clothes off and mutilating her body. He then mounts her and rapes her corpse while taking pictures with a camera and timer. He brings her heart back home to his dog for food.
