好奇心强又活破好动的乔吉雅，一直说服男友麦特前往英国乡间寻找传说中怪兽伊克斯莫尔的踪迹，用亲自拍摄的影像，向世人证实他的存在。途中他们碰到拥有20几年打猎经验的猎人福克斯，他认为怪物曾经吃过人肉，担心两人的安危，所以愿意当两人的嚮导，共同揭发事实。于是在进入令人窒息的茂密森林之后，凝重的空气与恐怖的气氛将他们团团围绕，而福克斯居然逆转成为猎人的囊中猎物
