两个来自意大利南方的年轻人，去打城市米兰谋生，经历了被骗，罢工等一系列闹剧后，他们结识了另外一群处境相似的朋友，他们住在一起，共同生活。好戏才刚刚开始，在大城市里生活，负担繁重，工作也不如意，让人倍感压力，生活于是陷入了一团糟……
