雷纳是名电视制作人，一天，他的车子惨遭帕加砸毁，原来帕加的一位朋友过度沉迷于电视节目，导致失去工作最终自杀身亡．这件事情让雷纳痛苦的领悟到，自己原来一直在制作垃圾，于是愤然砸了家中的电视机，然后决心进行一次电视革命，率领团队一个真正让观众主动思考的栏目．在此过程中，雷纳与上司冲突不断，而帕加却渐渐和他走在一起．．．
