Plot Summary:Eight new chefs and eight returning chefs battle it out in Charleston, SC. The new chefs enter the kitchen first and must cook as many dishes as possible in one hour using a whole chicken. Then the veterans square off to reimagine shrimp and grits. In the end, the chef with the worst dish in each group will go head-to-head in a sudden-death cook off.

没什么惊喜，许多实力相当的newbies早早被淘汰留下一群veterans被评委翻牌子。本季心水Shirley，Brooke后期的editing感觉像是Swift女士附身，shade throw不停。PS：Graham Elliot跑来当评委是什么鬼？！
