First, this "Rain of Madness" thing is name after "Hearts of Darkness" of Francis Ford Coppola's Apocalypse Now. But the whole "mockumentary" is literally a complete documentary about the making of the movie that they're making within Tropic Thunder, which is freaking hilarious, you can see RDJ stays in character and has his fake family go through torture, what happened in the boot camp (which only Kevin Sandusky went) and many many hilarious scenes.
